Shipping conditions

Delivery is made within the country (Germany) and to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and the rest of the world.

  • Standard shipping within Germany:
    For postage and packing we charge 3 €. Free shipping from 60 €. We do not deliver cash on delivery.
  • Shipping to Europe:
    For postage and packing we charge 9 €. Free shipping cannot be offered. The delivery date may be extended by 2 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    For postage and packing we charge 17 €. Free shipping cannot be offered. The delivery date may be extended by 2 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart depending on the country selection.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 3 – 4 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 – 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the remitting bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

Logistics partner

Shipping and delivery is usually done with DPD. The ordered items will be packed by us as soon as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for shipment. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner. If you are not at home during the day, please provide an alternative delivery address or inform DPD (e.g. with a note on the door) about a delivery to a neighbor.


If some items are not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by e-mail from us.

Shipment splitting

If the waiting time is too long, we will automatically split the shipment, which means you will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your e-mail address, we will inform you about sending your order in several packages with a delivery confirmation.

Shipment tracking

Using your parcel ID/shipment number, you can find out the current shipment status of your parcel at any time if the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking. You will receive further information on tracking and tracing in your delivery confirmation by eMail or from our customer service by phone.

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer
  • Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Payment via PayPal
  • Payment by SEPA direct debit
  • Payment by instant bank transfer

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
